Hengde Qin - Chairman

Mr. Qin is the CFO of the Syngenta Group. Prior to his current role, he served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of the Syngenta Group, and before that was the President of Syngenta Group China. Mr. Qin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the East China Engineering Institute of Technology. He also holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and an MBA from the China Europe International Business School.

Gaël Hili

Mr. Hili is the President and CEO of ADAMA Ltd. and ADAMA Agricultural Solutions Ltd. Prior to joining ADAMA, Mr. Hili served as Head of Europe for Syngenta Crop Protection and Seeds Field Crops. He holds a master's degree in mechanical engineering from Université de Technologie de Compiègne, France.

Alexandra Brand

Ms. Brand serves as the Executive Vice President of Sustainability and Corporate Affairs and is a member of the Global Leadership Team at Syngenta Group. Prior to her current role, she led one of Syngenta Group's largest businesses as the Crop Protection Regional Director for EAME. Alexandra studied chemistry at the Technische Universität Darmstadt in Germany, and completed her studies with a doctorate.

An Liru

Mr. An Liru is EVP China. Prior to his current role, he served as the Chairman of CNAC (China National Agrochemical Corporation). Mr. An Liru holds an MBA and a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, and a B.Sc. in Applied Chemistry, all from Nanjing University.

Haining Auperin

Ms. Auperin, an External Director and the Chairman of the Company’s Remuneration Committee, serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer and a member of the Executive Committee at Sulzer, a global leader in fluid engineering. Prior to her current role, she held senior HR leadership positions at Sulzer, GE, AREVA T&D, and Ansaldo STS. Ms. Auperin holds a Master in Business Management from Capital University of Economics and Business in China, Beijing as well as Master (Management and company policies - Human Resources - Social development and employment) from Sciences-Po, Paris and has extensive experience in business transformation, executive remuneration, culture evolution, and diversity and inclusion. Ms. Auperin is also the founder and chair of Sulzer’s WISE - Women in Sciences and Engineering - scholarship program.

Ron Hyman

Mr. Hyman, appointed as an External Director and the Chairman of the Company’s Financial Statements Review Committee and the Audit Committee in March 2024, is the founder and CEO of RH Holdings Limited and was previously the CO-CFO of Internet Research Institute Limited. He serves as an external director for various traded entities in the fields of health, solar and real estate. Mr. Hyman is a certified public accountant and holds a B.A in accounting and economics from Tel Aviv University.

Jiahong Wu

Ms. Wu, appointed as an Independent Director in March 2024, was a former Managing Director at Goldman Sachs Gao Hua Securities Company Limited. Ms. Wu holds an M.B.A from Fudan University and a Bachelor's degree of International Business from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics.
